Post Construction

Kitchen

• Scrub and wipe down all counter tops and back-splash.
• Deep clean inside the microwave, fridge and oven (if new wipe them down).
• Clean and polish the exterior of all appliances.
• Wipe down inside and outside of all cabinets.
• Scrub and wipe down the stove top, dripping pans, racks.
• Degrease, wipe and polish the range hood, inside, outside, racks and pans.
• Clean the windows, sills and tracks.
• Clean under the stove if there is a drawer and under the stove and fridge
  wipe down doors.
• Vacuum and mop the floors a few times till it get dust free.
• Take out the trash and recycling (if needed).

Bathrooms

• Scrub and wipe the tile, grout, shower doors and bathtub.
• Clean inside and outside the toilet bowl.
• Clean mirrors and light fixtures.
• Clean inside and outside cabinets.
• Wipe down doors.
• Scrub and wipe down counter tops, sinks and polish metals like faucets, holders.
• Wipe down baseboards.
• Vacuum and mop the floors a few times till it get dust free.
• Clean the windows, sills and tracks.

All rooms (bedrooms, offices, hallways, living rooms…)

• Removing cobwebs, dusting and wiping down horizontal surfaces (cupboards, shelves, closets and baseboards).
• Wipe down doors.
• Clean light fixtures.
• Clean the windows, sills and tracks.
• Vacuum and mop the floors a few times till it get dust free.

• Services that we don’t offer:

  • Exterior windows washing
  • Carpets/upholstery steaming/shampooing
  • Handyman services (patching or filing holes, removing nails, painting, fixing things or unclog drains/tubs/toilets)
    clean Biohazards (pet/ human waste/ after pets )
    house with infestation (fleas, rodents, roaches, bird droppings)
    elevated work that requires more than a 2-step stool (we use extension pole)
    hoarders houses
    Packing or move heavy objects/furniture/appliances
    Price subject to change if the place conditions are different of the requested, like move in/out, post construction or Heavy duty.
